SPDP crosslinker(68181-17-9) is a cleavable, waterinsoluble, amino and thiol (sulfhydryl) reactive heterobifunctional proteincrosslinker. The SPDP crosslinking reagent's reactive moites consist of anNhydroxysuccinimide (NHS) ester that reacts with primary amines. On the otherend of SPDP, the pyridinyldisulfide reacts with sulhydryls to yield areversible disulfide bond.
